I Rashmi, want to share with you all, what bakery means to me!

The joy of baking is not just the baking, but the baking is bliss which continues to bake my enthusiasm to fuel my baking delights for my continued baking journey.

I don’t remember how long I was attached to baking as a hobby, because it was stitched to me as passion already. I’ve always overjoyed baking for my cutie pie daughter, lovely and ever supporting husband, my parents, and friends, and gradually it was extended to baking on request for my nears and dears.

I don’t think my family has ever disliked something I’ve baked. I just love seeing the smiles on everyone’s space when they enjoy baked goods made by me. I love the feeling of giving someone, something home-made and when people ask me with winked eyes “you made this!”, and it’s really a la-di-da moment to me.

I discovered my baking skills, when I was young at heart, “on a chilling winter sunset, I mixed the batter, put in the fire oven inside my house, and felt the sweet smell of cake” and I entered in the world of joy, and, this joy is more sagacious when my friends and family appreciate me saying “what a delicious cake you have made Rashmi!”, these words act as a catalyst that encourages me to explore my ideas to create something new. My work schedule didn’t allow as much time as I wanted, but I am thankful to my lovely husband, who always encouraged and motivated me, my family & friends for the continued inspiration, and here we have “Mahi Delights”. “Mahi Delights” is not just a business or brand or revenue model for me, but “Mahi Delights” is the wheel of motivation, which helps me to spread the same test and sweetness to the society, so that I can have more and more winked faces full with joy and bliss. Today I am before you and my dishes for you, only on – Mahi Delights.
